The execution of all the works necessary for the construction and installation of 1 (one) substation with voltages of 115 and 13.8 kV with a total capacity of 40 MVA, 2 (two) feeders and 2 (two) transmission lines with voltage of 115 kV and a total length of 67.12 km-c, located in the state of Campeche. Includes works of engineering, supply, construction and tests.

- SE Carmen. 2 at 115 kV LT Sabancuy II (C1 + C2).
