Construction and installation of 11 (eleven) works: 10 (ten) works of loss reduction with a total capacity of 162.315 MVA of transformation and the construction of 1,185 km-c of line with a voltage of 23 kV; and 1 (one) work of measurement assurance. Said works imply the supply and installation of 378,510 energy meters AMI type with any type of communication, located in the Mexico City and State of Mexico. Includes activities of engineering, supply, construction, preoperational tests and commissioning.
